Welcome to CropMan. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We Collect Directly

CropMan does not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information. All operations you perform in the app are processed entirely on your local device.

1.2 Photo Library Access

CropMan requires access to your photo library for the following purposes:

Read Photo Library — To select and import photos you wish to crop and edit.
Save to Photo Library — To save your cropped and edited images back to your photo library.

We only access your photo library when you actively perform an action. We never read or upload your photos in the background. Your photos remain on your local device at all times, and we have no access to them.

1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

CropMan integrates the following third-party service, which may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (Advertising Service)

Service Provider: Google LLC
Data that may be collected: Device identifiers (such as IDFA), device information (model, OS version), app usage data, IP address, approximate location, etc.
Purpose: To display personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad effectiveness, and combat fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any information collected or obtained through third-party services is used solely for the following purposes:

To provide and improve the core functionality of the app (photo cropping and editing).
To display ads in the free version to support ongoing development and maintenance.

We will not use your information for any other purpose.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties, except:

As described above, Google AdMob as our advertising service provider may process certain device information in accordance with its privacy policy for ad delivery.
When required by applicable laws or government authorities.

4. Data Security

Your photos and edited content are always stored locally on your device. We cannot access them.
We do not operate any servers to store user data.
We take reasonable measures to protect the security of the app, but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

5. Children's Privacy

CropMan is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that data from a child has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it immediately.

6. Your Rights

Photo Library Permissions

You can revoke CropMan's photo library access at any time in iOS Settings.

Ad Tracking

You can disable the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Remove Ads

You can remove all ads by upgrading to the Pro version via an in-app purchase.

7. Third-Party Links

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites or services that may be linked within the app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted within the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

CropMan does not act as a data controller that collects users' personal data.
The data controller for advertising-related data is Google LLC, whose data processing follows Google's Privacy Policy.
